From his point of view, there\u2019s a mix between very aspirational, intellectual, solving difficult problems and the ability to execute and deliver on time. In a panel from 2016, Jennifer Becker \u2014 Product Manager at Soundcloud, Lisa Enckell \u2014 Partner at Approach, Alexandra Schiel \u2014 Head of Operations at DLD Media and Lisa Lang \u2014 CEO and Founder of ElektroCouture discussed different situations that still happen most of the time to them at work and shouldn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p id=\"9c05\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph lp lq fo lr b ls lt lu lv lw lx ly lz ma mb mc md me mf mg mh mi mj mk ml mm fh bj\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Jennifer Becker mentioned that everybody should consider when creating a workplace \u2014 to make it as inclusive as they can so that anybody who comes at work to feel safe and productive. An aspect that isn\u2019t dedicated to women, but to all categories of people.<\/p>\n<p id=\"a071\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph lp lq fo lr b ls lt lu lv lw lx ly lz ma mb mc md me mf mg mh mi mj mk ml mm fh bj\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Also, another aspect that should be tackled is that of\u00a0<strong class=\"lr fp\">role models<\/strong>. So go to the Valley, meet the people, see how it\u2019s done<\/em>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<em class=\"nv\">it will push you to be better. \u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"a3b9\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph lp lq fo lr b ls nw lu lv lw nx ly lz ma ny mc md me nz mg mh mi oa mk ml mm fh bj\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">One thing that Di Ann considers to be found in the US and not in other parts of the world, is the ability to pitch ideas without being humble. And yes, that seems to be a problem when you want to strive in a highly competitive entrepreneurial world.
